Field Engineer / FDE

What you’ll be doing in this role

Work closely with customers to help them successfully implement and use Duna’s product

Act as the technical point of contact for integrations, onboarding, and product rollouts

Technically scope requirements early in the implementation process

Troubleshoot implementation issues and guide customers toward scalable solutions

Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and growth to improve implementation flows and customer experience

Help shape how Duna works with customers by improving documentation, tooling, and processes

What we’re looking for

Comfortable working at the intersection of technology, product, and customers

Clear communicator who enjoys explaining complex ideas in simple, human terms

Strong problem solver who stays calm in ambiguous or fast-moving situations

Systems thinker — you understand how customer decisions impact the product and vice versa

Our current stack includes Node.js + TypeScript, React, Event Sourcing, Express, Postgres, RabbitMQ, Kubernetes, and AWS. Familiarity with modern web technologies or technical integrations is a plus, but not required. We care more about how you think, how you communicate, and how you help customers succeed.
