Field Engineer / Supervisor

• This is a field-based technical leadership role focused on the installation, maintenance, testing, and modernization of high-voltage Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) systems.
• You will lead field teams and subcontractors across complex projects ranging from 69 kV to 800 kV, while serving as a key customer-facing technical representative.
• The role combines hands-on site supervision with engineering documentation, technical drawing review, procurement support, and commissioning activities.
• You will help navigate major projects across North America and internationally, adapting technical documentation to applicable regional standards.
• Safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence are central to every aspect of the position.
• You will also mentor field engineers, supervisors, and technicians while collaborating with customers, contractors, project teams, and suppliers.
