Field Reimbursement Manager

• This role plays a critical part in helping patients access innovative therapies by addressing complex reimbursement and coverage challenges.
• You will serve as a trusted reimbursement and access expert across a territory covering Texas, Missouri, Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Minnesota.
• Working directly with healthcare providers, office staff, specialty pharmacies, and patient support teams, you will help remove barriers throughout the access journey.
• The position combines customer engagement, strategic problem-solving, payer expertise, and close collaboration with commercial and cross-functional teams.
• You will identify reimbursement obstacles, develop tailored access solutions, and help ensure patients can receive therapy as efficiently as possible.
• This is a highly visible, field-based position requiring significant travel and strong relationship-building skills.
• The role offers the opportunity to directly influence patient access while supporting the successful launch and adoption of specialty therapies.
