Field Service Engineer/Technician

• This hands-on field role focuses on installing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintaining advanced industrial equipment at customer facilities.
• You’ll work directly with machinery, automation, electrical systems, and controls to solve complex technical challenges in real-world environments.
• The position combines independent fieldwork with customer interaction, technical problem-solving, and equipment optimization.
• You’ll help customers maximize equipment performance through repairs, upgrades, preventive maintenance, and technical support.
• The role also includes training operators and maintenance teams and documenting service activities and programming changes.
• With approximately 75–80% travel across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, the position is well suited to someone who enjoys variety, travel, and working close to industrial technology.
