Field Service Technician

Core Responsibilities

• •Equipment Operation: Set up, monitor, and operate manufacturing machinery, tools, and assembly lines.
• •Quality Control: Inspect and test raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet strict company standards and specifications.
• •Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment and quickly diagnose and repair mechanical or electrical malfunctions.
• •Documentation: Maintain accurate production logs, batch records, equipment usage reports, and quality metrics.
• •Safety Compliance: Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations (including SOPs and GMPs) to maintain a secure workplace.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• •Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, or automated systems and the ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
• •Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly analyze machine faults and suggest root-cause solutions to prevent production delays.
• •Dexterity & Math: Fine motor skills for precision assembly and mathematical capabilities for measuring and following protocols.
• •Education: Typically requires a High School Diploma, an Associate's degree, or a relevant vocational/trade certification in an engineering or industrial field.
