Key responsibilities for this role include:

Administer customer discount, rebate, and promotional agreements in line with approved commercial terms.

Review, validate, and process customer discount and rebate claims.

Prepare and post journal entries related to customer incentives.

Reconcile discount, rebate, and customer deduction accounts on a regular basis.

Monitor settlement balances and ensure timely payments and recoveries.

Investigate and resolve discrepancies, disputes, and invalid customer claims.

Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation for all customer agreements and transactions.

Prepare periodic reports on discount spend, rebate utilization, accrual balances, and outstanding claims.

Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, approval procedures, and financial controls.

Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams to resolve operational issues related to customer incentives.

Assist with internal and external audit requests by providing documentation and explanations.

Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Any other ad-hoc task assigned.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

• •Capabilities: Finance Expertise, Problem Solving, Professional Ethics & Integrity, Collaborator & Communicator, Analytical Aptitude & Data Skills, Adaptability & Resilience
• •Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• •Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, or Accounting departments
• •Technical Skills: Advanced Excel, experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.), and experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools
