You’ll help shape better financial processes, lift reporting quality, and support smart decision-making across the business.

Ngā tino kawenga mahi | Key role responsibilities

• •Lead improvement initiatives across financial reporting processes and controls.
• •Partner with teams across the business to understand reporting needs and deliver practical finance solutions.
• •Support group budgeting, financial reporting, consolidations, and review of financial statements.
• •Prepare clear, concise reporting and papers for governance and decision-making forums.
• •Help lead finance projects, including changes to reporting requirements and new accounting standards such as IFRS 18.

• •CA or CPA qualification, with a relevant tertiary background.
• •Strong technical accounting knowledge and the ability to turn detail into clear business insight.
• •Experience providing finance advice across an organisation and building strong working relationships.
• •A proactive, improvement-focused mindset with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• •A calm, adaptable approach with a genuine commitment to safety, teamwork, and doing good work.
