About the Role

Growthally Advisors is looking for a Finance – Leasing Operations & Documentation Executive to support the smooth financial and operational execution of live leasing transactions.

This is a high-ownership finance operations role for a professional who enjoys working with numbers, documentation, multiple stakeholders, and transaction timelines while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely closure.

• Key Responsibilities
• 1. Coordinate client onboarding, including KYC, financial and transaction documentation.
• 2. Prepare, verify, organize, and track financial and transaction documents.
• 3. Support end-to-end execution of leasing transactions, including transaction setup, disbursement, invoicing, collections, and closure.
• 4. Track payment schedules, financial milestones, documentation requirements, and pending actions.
• 5. Coordinate with Finance, Accounts, Legal, Company Secretarial, Insurance, Operations, lenders, and other stakeholders.
• 6. Review documents for completeness, accuracy, commercial consistency, and alignment with approved terms.
• 7. Prepare and maintain MIS, financial trackers, reconciliation statements, and transaction reports.
• 8. Monitor receivables, payments, security deposits, advances, and other financial obligations.
• 9. Support invoice processing, payment follow-ups, disbursements, and settlement of outstanding items.
• 10. Maintain audit-ready records, transaction trails, compliance documentation, and asset records.
• 11. Assist with reconciliations and proactively identify discrepancies, missing information, and process gaps.
• 12. Support lease administration, asset monitoring, renewals, and end-of-lease financial documentation.

• What We’re Looking For
• 2–3 years of experience in financial services, NBFC/lending operations, leasing, finance operations, loan processing, accounts, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of financial documentation, transaction processing, and reconciliation.
• Strong MS Excel skills with experience in MIS and transaction-level trackers.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and documentation gaps.
• Ability to handle confidential financial and client information with discretion.
• Exposure to KYC, agreements, invoicing, collections, disbursements, compliance, or lease documentation will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, follow-up, stakeholder management, and ownership skills.
• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, accounting, or workflow systems is an advantage.
