Finance Manager

Objective: To undertake all aspects of financial management, including finance projects, regulatory and financial reporting, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures. Stakeholder management and increasing competency of finance department.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting:

• •Prepare and close the monthly reporting on time and in full compliance with the Corporate Reporting Guideline and Accounting Standards.
• •Prepare and manage corporate reporting of financial results (SAP, OneStream, GTC, GLC).
• •Oversee and maintain compliance with internal and statutory audits.
• •Assist with annual budgets and forecasts and capital expenditure plans for finance cost center.

Internal Control:

To ensure compliance with the internal control guidelines, Rules of procedure, Delegation of Duties, including highlighting concerns to Regional Finance Director.

Tax:

Oversee all tax matters including preparation of tax returns, handle tax audits (if any) together with external advisors.

Treasury & Risk Management:

Oversee the management of the treasury and risk functions relevant to the Company.

Team & Stakeholder Management:

Improve the competency of the Finance Team and liaison between Finance Team and the various departments.

Requirements:

• •Preferably Degree in Accountancy / Professional Accounting Qualification or equivalent with relevant working experience.
• •Minimum 8 to 10 years working experience in multinational corporations, 3 years of relevant experience in local tax /tax computation and 3 years of Finance Manager role in multinational corporations.
• •Strong technical knowledge in understanding and interpreting financial reporting standards.
• •Excellent interpersonal and workplace communication skills.
• •Extensive experience in utilizing Group Reporting systems and SAP systems, experience in OneStream Reporting and SAP system will be advantageous, and should possessed advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• •Able to deliver accurate and high-quality work.
• •Meticulous and deadline conscious.

Other information:

• •5-days work week (Monday to Friday)
• •Working Hours: 8.00am to 5.00pm
• •Company transport provided at designated pick-up point (Jurong West, Boon Lay, Lakeside, Jurong East, Serangoon, Bukit Panjang, Choa Chu Kang, Woodlands MRT)
