Finance Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience across financial accounting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), and revenue management. This role is critical in driving financial reporting, supporting the CFO with data for CXO / Board reporting, strategic decision-making, and ensuring strong financial governance.

Key Responsibilities

• •Oversee day-to-day financial accounting operations, including general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• •Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes in compliance with relevant accounting standards
• •Develop and manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
• •Provide insightful financial analysis to support business strategy and decision-making
• •Monitor and optimize revenue streams, pricing strategies, and profitability metrics, sales pipeline tracking
• •Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial controls
• •Assist CFO with preparation of financial reports to senior management

Qualifications & Experience

• •Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA qualification preferred)
• •Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in financial accounting, FP&A, and revenue management
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• •Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills
• •Excellent communication skills
• •Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
