Finance Officer

• This role serves as the primary in-country finance professional supporting day-to-day financial operations and financial administration.
• You will oversee accounts payable and receivable, payroll coordination, vendor relationships, and financial documentation.
• The position plays an important role in maintaining accurate coding, reporting, reconciliations, and financial controls across multiple entities.
• You will work closely with senior operational leaders, external accounting providers, and finance colleagues across different countries and time zones.
• The role also contributes to budgeting, grant reporting, procurement, audit preparation, and regulatory compliance.
• As part of a globally distributed organization, you will help strengthen consistent finance processes while supporting international employment arrangements.
• This is a remote position with a collaborative, mission-driven environment and opportunities for travel to team meetings and events.
