Finance Operations Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Finance Operations Lead based in India.

• The Finance Operations Lead will own the operational finance processes supporting real estate development and construction projects.
• You will sit at the intersection of finance, construction, lending, insurance, and treasury, ensuring capital moves efficiently and accurately.
• The role carries end-to-end ownership of project draw management across multiple lenders and active developments.
• You will maintain strong lender relationships, monitor debt and insurance obligations, and provide clear visibility into upcoming funding requirements.
• Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you will identify risks early and help prevent funding or cashflow disruptions.
• This is a hands-on role suited to someone highly organized, financially astute, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment.
• You will have significant ownership over the systems, processes, and reporting that keep development finance running smoothly.
