Job Description

• •Works with manager and colleagues to learn and practice core competencies required to deliver client discovery, advice solutions and recommendations appropriate for evolving financial needs.
• •Communicates effectively with clients and colleagues to uncover financial needs, deliver client centered advice and proactively resolve concerns at first point of contact.
• •Provides professional guidance and education on complex credit and investments, ensuring recommendations align with client financial circumstances and investment objectives.
• •Collaborates with financial planning, retirement planning, mortgage and business banking specialists to integrate expert perspectives and ensure clients receive customized and relevant advice.
• •Executes investment advisory tasks requiring moderate to advanced expertise and judgement to drive outcomes.
• •Applies independent decisions, typically guided by previous experience and knowledge to manage some ambiguity and deliver measurable impact on productivity.
• •Generates ideas to enhance processes within own work area and resolves business, operational and technical investment advisory related problems within scope of responsibility.
• •Fosters and strengthens relationships with key stakeholders, including team members, managers, and clients to achieve department or functional goals and drives innovation.
