Financial Controller

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Financial Controller based in Canada.

• As a Financial Controller, you’ll own the day-to-day accounting function within a lean, high-growth, remote-first environment.
• You’ll lead the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close while ensuring accurate reporting, strong controls, and sound accounting practices.
• The role combines hands-on accounting leadership with commercial insight across project revenue, margins, cash flow, and business performance.
• You’ll partner closely with finance and business leaders to turn financial data into clear recommendations and actionable decisions.
• A key part of the opportunity is improving finance operations through automation, AI, better data flows, and scalable processes.
