Job Description

The Command Center Analyst is responsible for real-time monitoring, incident management and operational coordination across business functions to ensure uninterrupted service delivery. The role acts as a single point of contact (SPOC) during operational incidents and plays a critical role in maintaining SLA adherence, business continuity, and stakeholder communication.

• •Monitor operational dashboards, queues, systems, and alerts in real time
• •Communicate timely updates to internal teams, leadership, and clients
• •Support workforce planning and load balancing during peak volumes
• •Prepare daily Command Center reports (incidents, SLA, volume, outages)
• •Support management reviews with MIS and dashboards
