Chubb – Global Leader in Fire Safety Solutions, a trusted name in protecting people, property, and assets worldwide, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team. This is not your typical administration role — it’s an opportunity to make a real difference in the community by ensuring buildings remain safe, compliant, and ready for occupation.

In this role, you will:

Ensure buildings meet Building Regulation requirements and maintain compliance with the Building Warrant of Fitness (BWOF).

Liaise directly with facilities companies, councils, property managers, and building owners.

Coordinate the operational work of field technicians.

Issue BWOF certificates and provide progress reports to the Key Account Manager

Exceptional communication skills.

Strong time management and self-organization abilities.

High personal and professional standards, including business ethics and Environmental, Health & Safety awareness.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
