Firewall Engineer

Your Role

Responsibilities:

• •Deploy, configure, Troubleshoot and support Palo Alto and Check Point firewalls.
• •Lead firewall migration projects from Check Point to Palo Alto.
• •Implement firewall policies, NAT rules, VPNs, and security controls.
• •Perform firewall upgrades, enhancements, and new deployments.
• •Execute firewall changes, service cutovers, and production implementations.

Your Profile

Qualifications & Experience:

• • 7-10 years of experience in Network Security and Firewall Administration.
• • Strong hands-on experience with: Palo Alto Firewalls (Panorama, Security Policies, NAT, VPNs, App-ID) & Check Point Firewalls (Smart Console, Policy Management, VPNs)
• • Proven experience migrating firewalls from Check Point to Palo Alto.
• • Experience in firewall deployment, configuration, policy implementation, and troubleshooting.
• • Good understanding of: TCP/IP, Routing (Static, OSPF, BGP), Switching (VLANs, Layer 2/Layer 3 concepts)
