Location: York, PA Job Type: Direct Hire Shift: 2nd Shift Starting Pay: $39.00/hour — higher depending on experience 2nd Shift Differential: Additional $3.00/hour
MUST HAVE:
Structural steel fabrication industry experience
Leadership experience overseeing welders and fitters
We are seeking an experienced Fitting & Welding Foreman to lead second-shift operations in a structural steel fabrication shop. This is a hands-on supervisory position responsible for coordinating personnel, production activities, materials, equipment, quality, and schedules.
