Fleet Associate

The Fleet Operations Associate works throughout the city to keep vehicles clean, maintained, and ready for members. This hands-on role includes transporting vehicles, refueling, cleaning, changing tires, and coordinating repairs or towing when needed. Associates travel between locations by foot, bike, public transit, or company vehicle.

What You'll Do:

Playing a key role in the member experience by ensuring vehicles are ready when members need them.

Representing the company throughout the community while working across different locations in the city.

What We're Looking For:

Valid Driver's License

Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States

Strong time management skills to juggle multiple priorities and tasks

Excellent communication with operations team to ensure the vehicle status updates are provided

Flexibility to work 40-hour weeks which includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Willingness to work outdoors (weather and other conditions vary)

Valid Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record (per company standards)

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds; continuously stand, bend, reach, walk, sit, and kneel; and frequently enter, exit, and drive vehicles

This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
