As a Financial Operations Senior Associate you will support financial operations work within our Finance Consulting practice by helping assess client processes, identify opportunities to streamline work, and support the design and rollout of solutions that improve controls and reduce cost. As a Senior Associate you will build client connections, manage assigned workstreams, and use critical thinking to navigate complexity while mentoring junior team members and developing your personal brand. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will contribute to financial systems implementation, process automation, and financial shared services work, while using data and business context to inform recommendations and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• - Managing financial operations workstreams across record to report processes and delivering client service tasks within defined timelines
• - Analyzing accounting activities, ledger balances, and reporting data to identify process gaps and support financial close activities
• - Preparing and reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, account analyses, and month end reporting support
• - Applying knowledge of accounting practices, financial reporting, and internal controls to support process accuracy and control activities
• - Using financial systems and digital tools to streamline transaction processing, reporting, and operational support activities
• - Interpreting client requirements and translating them into practical process improvements across shared service and finance operations environments
• - Coordinating issue resolution across finance stakeholders while maintaining clear updates on progress, risks, and dependencies
• - Mentoring junior team members on task execution, documentation quality, and process consistency
• - Supporting automation and continuous improvement efforts that strengthen financial operations and reduce manual effort

What You Must Have

• - At least a Bachelor's degree
• - At least 2 years of experience
• - Oral and written proficiency in English required
