Food Operations Analyst

This fully remote role supports the day-to-day food delivery experience for members enrolled in meal-delivery and food support programs. You will serve as a key point of contact for member questions, order fulfillment, and service-related issues. The position combines customer support, operational coordination, and detailed order management to ensure members receive accurate and timely food deliveries. You will work with internal resources and tools to resolve issues quickly while maintaining a compassionate, service-oriented approach.
