Significance, Inc. is seeking a Foreign Miliary Sales (FMS) Financial Management Analyst to join our growing team supporting the Department of Defense. This position requires an acive Secret clearance and is expected to support a hybrid schedule with one(1) day onsite per week in Crystal City, VA.

The Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Financial Management Analyst provides financial management and analytical support to a Department of Defense program office, with a focus on FMS financial operations and cradle-to-grave budget execution. This role supports commitments, obligations, expenditures, funds tracking, reconciliation, audit activities, and FMS case analysis.

The analyst will assist with drafting and executing funding documents, including Target Load Sheets (TLSs), MIPRs, Air Force Form 9 Purchase Requests, MORDs, travel orders, and Lines of Accounting. The role also supports FMS financial activities such as Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs), funding authorities, 8242 case analysis, and the FMS Resource Allocation process. The analyst will leverage DoD financial, acquisition, and FMS systems to research financial data, resolve discrepancies, maintain accurate documentation, and provide timely financial reporting and analysis to program leadership.
