• Job Summary:
• Supervises daily scaffolding operations to ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality assembly, modification, and dismantling of scaffold systems. Coordinates labor, materials, and equipment to support project schedules and maintain compliance with DPR and regulatory safety standards. Promotes a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement within the crew. Collaborates with leadership and other trades to provide safe and reliable access solutions across the project site.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Supervises and develops a crew of scaffolders, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality expectations.
• Coordinates daily scaffolding activities including planning, assembly, modification, inspection, and dismantling.
• Reviews drawings, site conditions, and access requirements to organize and allocate crew tasks effectively.
• Conducts regular safety meetings and inspections to maintain a secure work environment and prevent incidents.
• Monitors material inventories and equipment use to ensure readiness and operational efficiency.
• Communicates project progress, challenges, and resource needs to leadership for coordination and problem resolution.
• Completes documentation including timecards, inspection records, and safety reports in accordance with company procedures.

• Education Qualifications:
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.

• Work Experience:
• 5 years of experience in scaffolding, construction, or a related field required.

• Certifications and Licenses:
• Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 10-Hour Construction certification required.
• Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 30-Hour Construction certification preferred.
• Scaffold Competent Person Certification required.
