Forensic Highway/Bridge Engineer

• This role combines advanced highway and bridge engineering expertise with forensic investigation and litigation consulting.
• You will evaluate complex infrastructure disputes involving design, construction, inspection, deterioration, safety, and rehabilitation.
• Your technical judgment will help establish causation, assess standards of care, and develop independent expert opinions for high-stakes disputes.
• The position includes site investigations, technical analysis, expert report preparation, and testimony in depositions, arbitration, and court proceedings.
• You will work closely with attorneys, insurers, infrastructure owners, contractors, and other technical experts.
• The role offers an opportunity to leverage substantial engineering experience in a client-facing environment focused on complex infrastructure and dispute resolution.
• This is a fully remote, full-time position supporting matters involving transportation infrastructure across the United States.
