The primary responsibility of this post is to delight our customers by providing world class service and excellence each passing day. Assist with loading, unloading and proper storage of goods and assist in ensuring specific departments are adequately and accurately stocked.

KEY FUNCTIONS

• •Provide service excellence.
• •Assist customers and generate additional sales.
• •Assist with loading, unloading and proper storage of goods.
• •Assist with inventory management.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

• •Minimum requirement of a Secondary School Leaving Certificate.
• •Five CXC passes at General proficiency level including Mathematics and English Language would be an asset.
• •Good physical condition, stamina and strength required.

• •Ability to work independently while performing required tasks.
• •Ability to demonstrate tact and courtesy, communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• •Ability to work with other employees and assist in lifting and carrying merchandise/boxes.
• •Ability to work within a customer service environment.
• •Must be able to tolerate dusty conditions.
• •Ability to work well under pressure.
• •Ability to get individual and group tasks completed efficiently and on a timely basis.
