After raising our Seed Round from Lightspeed and BlueYard and winning leading enterprise manufacturing customers, we are now focused on scaling operations across all departments. ABOUT THE ROLE

As Founders Associate for People & Talent, you'll own the growth of our team, working directly with the founders. You'll find and win the people who will build Manex, run events that put us on the map in Germany, and shape how the world sees us, from our website to LinkedIn. As a small, fast-moving team, we'll also count on you to step in wherever you're needed and take on projects beyond your core scope.

Talent acquisition: Proactively identify and approach outstanding candidates across LinkedIn, universities, communities and our network, and turn first conversations into hires

Hiring process: Own the candidate experience end-to-end, from first outreach through coordinating interviews to the offer

Events: Plan and run talent evenings, meetups and community formats that bring great people to us and grow the Manex brand in Germany

Marketing & employer branding: Drive our presence across LinkedIn, our website and other channels, and tell the Manex story in a way that makes top talent want to join

Beyond your scope: Support the founders on projects across the company as we scale

YOUR ROLE

Own recruiting end-to-end in close coordination with all founders

Scale our internal operations by documenting and automating core processes

Strengthen culture and communication, establish team rituals, and sharpen our employer brand

Advance compliance topics, public funding initiatives and marketing

Are business-fluent in German and English
