📝 Your Role

In a few words: you own management reporting and help the Finance Director steer the company's P&L and cash performance.

Your impact: you make financial data more reliable, easier to reconcile and more useful for decision-making. You build processes and tools that can support Resilience's growth, using AI and automation in practical ways.

Your day to day

Produce monthly management reporting, track KPIs and build dashboards with the Finance Director.

Improve analytical accounting and reconcile accounting and management data with the Accounting Manager.

Support budgeting and reforecasting, analyse variances and anticipate landing scenarios.

Partner with budget owners through monthly reviews and provide simple tracking tools.

Monitor workforce costs, headcount, cash, burn and runway.

Automate and document recurring Finance tasks and processes.

✨ Your Team

The Finance team currently consists of two people: a Finance Director and an Accounting Manager. You will join them to strengthen performance management as the company grows.

Your manager: the Finance Director, whose right hand you will be on P&L and cash performance.

Your future colleague: the Accounting Manager, your daily partner on data reliability and the connection between accounting and management reporting.

Your stakeholders: the COO, Chief of Staff, support functions and budget owners.

👤 Candidate Profile

⚙️ You are the right person if you know how to

Build financial models, complex formulas and dashboards using Excel or Google Sheets at an advanced level.

Apply a solid understanding of accounting, the monthly close and analytical accounting.

Perform consistency checks, variance analysis, budgeting and landing-scenario projections.

Use AI or automation in practical ways to improve efficiency.

Work in English at a professional B2 level or above.

🙂 You are the right person if you have

Rigour and strong attention to the consistency of financial data.

The ability to synthesize complex information and make financial topics clear to non-finance stakeholders.

A proactive mindset, identifying risks and proposing action rather than only reporting what happened.

The confidence to challenge stakeholders constructively and move decisions forward.

An interest in close teamwork and building new processes.

📃 You are the right person if you have already

Worked in management control or FP&A for three to four years.

Gained experience in a company environment and/or audit or Transaction Services.

Contributed to budgeting, reforecasting and variance analysis.

Owned or contributed to management reporting covering P&L, cash and KPIs.

Completed a Master's degree in business, engineering, finance or management control.

It’s a plus if you

Have experience in Tech, SaaS, Medtech or Healthtech, multi-entity reporting, BI tools or SQL.

🤝 Recruitment Process

HR screening — Elena (15 min): motivation, communication and understanding of Resilience.

Manager interview — Pauline, Finance Director (30 to 45 min): experience, technical skills and ways of working.

Mixed-format case study: individual preparation followed by a presentation and discussion with Pauline and, depending on availability, another team member.

Team & strategic fit: meet close stakeholders and complete an English-language discussion to confirm collaboration and professional fluency.

Culture fit — Elena (30 to 40 min): values, agility and full-remote work.
