  • ● Fixed Salary: ₹2,53,200 Per Annum

  • Key Responsibilities
  • ● Collaborate with senior recruiters to review and understand US client job requirements.
  • ● Source potential candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and
  • referrals.
  • ● Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, technical alignment, and
  • cultural fit.
  • ● Schedule interviews and manage end-to-end coordination between candidates and
  • clients.
  • ● Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate records within the database.
  • ● Develop an understanding of US recruitment regulations, visa types, and market trends.
  • Eligibility Criteria
  • ● Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR or Business backgrounds preferred).
  • ● Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
  • ● Mandatory willingness to work permanent night shifts aligned with US time zones.
  • ● Basic familiarity with LinkedIn, major job boards, and social media tools.
  • ● Strong organizational skills with a target-driven mindset.
