Front Desk Staff (part-time)

About the role

HealthFitness is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Front Desk Attendant to join our team at Advocate Good Samaritan H&W in Downers Grove, Illinois . This is a regular part-time position with a consistent, long-term schedule , not a seasonal or summer-only role. As the face of the facility, you’ll create a welcoming first impression by greeting and checking in members, answering questions, and connecting them with programs and services that support their wellness journey.

Schedule: Sunday: 1:00pm-7:15pm, Thursday: 3pm-7pm and other possible shifts when needed

Greet, check-in and assist customers. Provides program information, services, membership and ensures the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements

• •Must be 18 years of age or older.
• •Previous customer service experience a plus.
• •Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
• •Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
• •Flu vaccination required.

The compensation range for this role is $14.00 - $15.00 per hour. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
