Front End Loader Operator - Waterloo Corner

• About the Role:
• Heidelberg Materials is seeking an experienced Front End Loader Operator to join the team at our high output site to service the Waterloo Corner precast segment project .

Shift Pattern:

• •12-hour shifts
• •Day Shift & Night Shift
• •7/3 and 7/4 rotating day and night shifts

In your new role, you will be:

• •Operating a front-end loader to support production by maintaining steady material flow across the site.
• •Completing daily pre-start checks and reporting maintenance issues promptly
• •Working closely with the project team to meet production and safety targets
• •Maintaining clean, safe, stockpiles and work areas

What You'll Bring:

• •Previous experience operating a front-end loader in quarry, construction or similar environments
• •Valid loader ticket and driver's licence
• •Strong commitment to safety and safe work practices
• •Ability to work efficiently around fixed and mobile plant
• •A reliable, proactive and team-focused attitude
