Frontend Developer (React)

Position Summary

The React Frontend Developer independently delivers moderately complex frontend features and enhancements. This role exists to strengthen delivery capacity while maintaining code quality and system reliability. The position requires minimal supervision and active participation in technical discussions. The developer contributes to improving development efficiency and frontend standards.

Role and Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities:

• •Develop and enhance moderately complex frontend features
• •Translate functional requirements into technical implementation
• •Build reusable and scalable React components
• •Integrate RESTful APIs and manage asynchronous data flows
• •Troubleshoot and resolve application defects
• •Optimize application performance at component level
• •Contribute to code reviews and enforce coding standards
• •Participate in sprint planning and effort estimation
• •Maintain technical documentation for implemented features
• •Collaborate closely with backend, QA, UX, and product teams
• •Support production issue investigation and resolution

Work Experience:

• •2–6 years of professional experience in frontend engineering
• •Demonstrated experience building and maintaining React applications
• •Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
• •Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as backend, QA and UX/UI

Skills & Competencies:

• •Strong proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• •Experience using TypeScript in production environments
• •Proficient in using version control systems such as Git
• •Experience integrating RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous data
• •Familiarity with state management solutions (Redux, Context API, Zustand)
• •Experience with Tailwind CSS or similar frameworks
• •Knowledge of SQL fundamentals and backend integration concepts
• •Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• •Ability to independently deliver moderately complex features
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
• •Ability to manage time and priorities with minimal supervision
• •Demonstrates ownership and accountability for assigned deliverables
