Job Description:

Home Health Aides – Full Time

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Every Other Weekend)

Qualifications:

• •High school diploma or GED required
• •HHA Certification, STNA/CNA preferred but not required
• •Valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation Required

Key Responsibilities:

• •Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, dressing, toileting, skin care, etc.).
• •Document care provided and report changes in the client’s condition (physical, emotional, or medical) to management.
• •Take and record vital signs as instructed.
• •Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
• •Support mobility through ambulation, range-of-motion exercises, and activity assistance as outlined in the care plan.
• •Assist with clients with medication reminders.
• •Maintain a clean and safe environment: change linens, do laundry, provide light housekeeping and pet care assistance.
• •Ensure all equipment is used safely and all care is provided in compliance with safety standards.
• •Complete and submit documentation accurately and on time.
