Red PrimeSteak is OKC’s premier modern steakhouse—bold, refined, and elevated in every detail. Our space is as striking as our menu: modern, moody, and designed to impress. We’re currently hiring part-time Hosts to join our team. Ideal candidates are polished, personable, and comfortable in a fast-paced fine-dining environment. HOST POSITION SUMMARY:

Welcome and warmly greet guests upon arrival. Manage the efficient and timely seating of our guests to a table that best serves their wishes while keeping a smooth and orderly flow in the restaurant.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• •Warmly and graciously greet all guests upon arrival.
• •Know restaurant standards, table numbers, wait sections, menu, specials, and be able to answer any question customers may have effectively.
• •Take reservations and enter on OpenTable according to restaurant standards. Prompt customer for additional information and email whenever possible.
• •Accommodate special seating requests for guests whenever possible.
• •Relay messages to servers, bus, and manager as needed, especially guest notes from OpenTable.
• •Help with bussing and drink service if time warrants.
• •Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.
• •Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 6 hours).

Be able to communicate clearly and effectively in the predominant language(s) of our guests.

Ability to work in high pressure situations.

Must be 21 or older due to responsibilities that include working in areas where alcohol is served
