We're seeking an experienced and compassionate LPN Shift Supervisor to join our evening team in Myers Hall Assisted Living . This is an exciting opportunity for a nursing professional who enjoys mentoring others, leading by example, and making a lasting impact in the lives of residents.

As a key member of our leadership team, you'll help guide daily clinical operations, support fellow caregivers, and ensure our residents receive the highest quality care in a warm, welcoming community.

As the Evening Shift Supervisor, you will:

• •Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing and caregiving staff throughout the shift
• •Serve as a clinical resource for physicians, team members, residents, and families
• •Conduct resident rounds and proactively address care needs
• •Respond to resident emergencies and family concerns with professionalism and urgency
• •Assist with staffing, scheduling, and shift assignments as needed
• •Support employee coaching, performance management, and team development
• •Oversee medication administration, documentation, and pharmacy-related processes
• •Conduct clinical audits and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• •Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives
• •Identify training opportunities and help foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence

Requirements

What We Need In A Leader:

• •Current South Carolina LPN license in good standing
• •Minimum 1 year of long-term care experience
• •Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team
• •Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking abilities
• •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• •Experience using electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• •Must be at least 21 years of age
