• You will help ensure the right experts are matched to the right projects based on skills, availability, and requirements.
• The position covers the full expert lifecycle, from matching and onboarding through activation, engagement, and offboarding.
• You will own operational workflows, improve expert satisfaction and retention, and ensure projects are staffed efficiently.
• A major part of the role involves identifying bottlenecks and replacing repetitive manual processes with scalable systems and automation.
• You will collaborate closely with operations, engineering, finance, project teams, and external vendors.
