Full Life Care - Homecare Specialist (Beacon Hill, WA) to join our team!

Our Homecare Specialists:

• •Provide non-medical care tasks to clients as outlined in their care plans.
• •Guide and actively assisting Homecare Aides with various client needs, including personal care, bathing, toileting, dressing, transfers, ambulation, and positioning.
• •Facilitate and maintain communication between the client, their Homecare Aide, and the Homecare Supervisor when necessary.
• •Effectively and promptly communicating client changes to Homecare Supervisors.
• •Serve as an on-site problem-solver for both the Homecare Aide and the client.
• •Participate in team meetings to discuss client concerns and program updates.
• •Assist with clerical tasks such as payroll entry, filing, orientations, processing applications, and contacting clients and Homecare Aides as needed.
• •Demonstrate knowledge of all homecare training procedures and tools.
• •Think critically in the field and seeking direction from Homecare Supervisors as needed.
• •Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information

What You Need to Succeed:

• •A high school diploma or GED is highly preferred but not required.
• •A minimum of one (1) year of professional work experience.
• •Completion of all required state-mandated training and certifications.
• •Ability to complete tasks and projects as assigned by your supervisor.
• •Proficiency (written/verbal) in English language.
• •Strong organizational skills to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner.
• •Availability to be reached and respond quickly to client emergencies.
• •Experience with Hoyer lifts and completion of Nurse Delegation and Nurse Delegation for Diabetes training highly preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• •Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• •Capability to travel intermittently throughout the day.
• •Ability to assist clients with walking, transferring, and bathing.
