Byldd is a Startup Studio that helps founders launch and scale software companies. We work closely with founders to refine ideas, identify core pain points, build scalable software products, acquire initial customers, and support growth.

Since we work with multiple startups at different stages, the problems are rarely repetitive — one week you may be building an AI-assisted workflow tool, and the next you may be architecting a scalable SaaS platform.

Our engineering culture is strongly focused on ownership, fast execution, and leveraging modern development workflows — including AI-assisted development using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, and other AI tooling to improve speed, quality, and problem-solving.

We primarily work with technologies such as React/Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, and modern cloud infrastructure.

About the role:

We’re looking for experienced Full-Stack Engineers with a strong backend inclination to join us on core business projects.

Your role will involve understanding business requirements, product flows, and mockups. We’ll provide the “what” and the “why” behind the product decisions, and you’ll take ownership of translating them into scalable technical solutions.

While this is a full-stack role, the expectation is backend-heavy ownership — including system design, APIs, database architecture, integrations, scalability, and performance optimization. You’ll collaborate with founders and senior engineers to architect and build products end-to-end.

Since we move fast, we highly value engineers who can independently figure things out, use AI effectively in their workflows, and ship high-quality products with speed.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining strong backend engineering fundamentals with modern AI-assisted development practices.

What You’ll Do

• •Build and ship scalable full-stack applications from scratch
• •Design and develop robust backend systems, APIs, and database architectures
• •Work closely with founders, designers, and product teams
• •Architect systems with scalability, maintainability, and performance in mind
• •Use AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) to improve development speed and productivity
• •Review, debug, and optimize production systems
• •Think through edge cases, reliability, and long-term scalability

Who you are :

• •You have 2+ years of non-internship experience as a full-stack developer with strong backend expertise
• •You enjoy building products from 0 → 1
• •You think beyond tasks and understand business objectives
• •You are comfortable taking ownership and contribute towards making technical decisions
• •You actively use or are excited to use AI tools in your engineering workflow
• •You are strong in problem-solving and figuring things out independently
• •You care deeply about writing clean, maintainable, scalable code
• •You enjoy working in fast-paced startup environments
• •You’re comfortable contributing across the stack while being particularly strong on the backend side
