We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Python, React/Angular, REST APIs, microservices, databases, cloud platforms, and containerisation .

The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications end-to-end. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across backend and frontend technologies, contributing to system architecture, building secure and high-performance APIs, and delivering reliable cloud-based applications.

Key Responsibilities

• •Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
• •Build robust backend services and business logic using Python .
• •Develop responsive and reusable frontend applications using React and/or Angular .
• •Design and implement secure, scalable, and high-performance RESTful APIs and microservices .
• •Implement efficient frontend state management using technologies such as Redux or Context API .
• •Design database schemas and develop optimised queries for PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL databases .
• •Contribute to system architecture, microservice strategies, scalability, reliability, and performance optimisation.
• •Integrate backend services, databases, APIs, and frontend components to deliver complete application features.
• •Deploy and manage applications across AWS and/or Azure cloud environments.
• •Use Docker and containerisation technologies to support consistent development and deployment environments.
• •Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated application deployment processes.
• •Write unit, integration, and application-level tests to maintain strong code quality and test coverage.
• •Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices.
• •Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
• •Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on development practices and architecture.
• •Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders.
• •Identify opportunities for performance improvements, automation, refactoring, and technical debt reduction.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• •6+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development.
• •Strong expertise in Python backend development and modern web application architecture.
• •Proven experience with React and/or Angular for frontend development.
• •Strong experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices .
• •Good understanding of frontend state management, including Redux, Context API, or similar technologies .
• •Strong experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL , along with exposure to NoSQL databases.
• •Strong understanding of database design, schema development, query optimisation, and data modelling.
• •Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms.
• •Hands-on experience with Docker, CI/CD, and modern DevOps practices .
• •Strong understanding of scalable system design, microservices architecture, performance, and reliability.
• •Experience writing automated tests and maintaining high standards of code quality.
• •Proven ability to conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• •Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• •Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• •Ability to independently own complex technical deliverables while contributing effectively to a collaborative engineering team.
