Full-Stack Engineer, AI Platform

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Full-Stack Engineer, AI Platform based in Canada.

• This role offers the opportunity to build the internal AI platform that enables business teams to use intelligent agents safely and effectively.
• You will design product experiences that allow teams to configure agents, review their actions, and understand how and why decisions were made.
• Working across the full stack, you will build scalable interfaces, services, integrations, and data models that support business-critical workflows.
• You will tackle the unique challenges of non-deterministic systems, including uncertainty, partial failure, evaluation, and human oversight.
• The role combines strong engineering with product judgment, requiring you to turn ambiguous operational problems into practical software solutions.
• You will work directly with internal business teams and own your work from design and implementation through launch, monitoring, and iteration.
