It scores live job postings against your resume with a readable A–G breakdown, writes a resume and cover letter tailored to each job, and fills the employer's own application form in your browser. You press submit yourself, or opt in per job to let hirly submit for you.

How is hirly different from auto-apply tools?

Most auto-apply tools optimise for volume, submitting hundreds of generic applications. hirly optimises for fit: it shows which roles are worth applying to and the reasoning behind each score, tailors the resume and cover letter to each specific posting, and leaves the decision to submit with the job seeker.

Does hirly submit applications automatically?

Only if you ask it to, and only for a job you choose. Autonomous submission is opt-in per job and requires explicit recorded consent. The default is that hirly fills the form and you press submit.

hirly is free to use with your own resume, with no card required. Pro costs $39 a month and adds a resume and cover letter tailored to each job plus 15 applications a day. Autopilot costs $79 a month for 800 ranked matches and 40 applications a day.

hirly fills applications on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday and other common applicant tracking systems, using a Chrome extension that runs in your own browser under your own session.
