About the role:
We're looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer who enjoys building things end to end, from polished interfaces to the backend services that power them. This role can flex to suit you: whether you're a true 50/50 full stack engineer or someone who leans more front-end, we're interested in strong engineers who care about the whole picture.
What you'll do:
Design, build, and maintain modern web applications across JavaScript/TypeScript (React) and C# (.NET)
Support and enhance backend services to keep integrations solid and systems reliable
Partner with designers and product to take ideas from concept to something users love
Contribute to architectural discussions across the stack, with a focus on maintainability and scale
Follow engineering best practices around code quality, accessibility, and continuous improvement
Stay curious about emerging technologies and share what you're learning with the team
Write high-quality, testable code that holds up in production
What you'll bring:
3+ years building production software in full stack roles
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and solid React experience, plus working knowledge of C# and .NET
Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and event-driven microservices
Familiarity with DevOps tooling like GitHub Actions, TeamCity, or Octopus
Azure or cloud experience is a bonus, not a dealbreaker
A genuine care for building interfaces that are intuitive, responsive, and accessible
Strong testing instincts and a commitment to reliable delivery
Someone who communicates well, collaborates naturally, and enjoys cross-functional work
Curious by nature and energised by learning in a fast-moving environment
Key benefits:
Collaborative teams – a flat structure means everyone can learn from colleagues and senior leaders around the business.
Be involved – come together with all of your colleagues every 100 days to share the product and technology roadmap and business strategy.
Flexible working environment – we’re headquartered in North Sydney with state-based workplaces and offer a flexible work policy.

Purpose built spaces within our office – designed for collaboration, brainstorming, socialising, and focused work.
