Full Stack Lead Architect, Vice President

We are seeking a hands-on Full Stack Lead Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale digital platforms across cloud, data, and AI ecosystems. The role combines deep technical expertise in Java, Microservices, Angular/React, Snowflake, Databricks, Cloud Technologies, and AI-enabled solutions with strong leadership, architecture, and stakeholder management capabilities.

The successful candidate will drive modernization initiatives, establish engineering standards, mentor development teams, and partner with business and technology leaders to deliver scalable, secure, and data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• •Lead architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular/React, and Cloud-native technologies.
• •Define technology strategy and roadmap for application modernization, AI adoption, and platform engineering.
• •Design and implement scalable data solutions leveraging Snowflake, Databricks, and modern data lakehouse architectures.
• •Drive integration of AI/GenAI capabilities, including LLMs, RAG frameworks, AI Agents, and intelligent automation solutions.
• •Architect event-driven systems using Kafka, Solace, and distributed caching technologies.
• •Establish engineering standards, SDLC best practices, observability, resiliency, and security controls.
• •Collaborate with Architecture, Product, Data Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and Business teams globally.
• •Lead technical reviews, solution governance, and critical production issue management.
• •Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across multiple teams.

Required Qualifications

• •Software engineering experience with strong expertise in enterprise application architecture.
• •Proven experience leading large-scale technology initiatives and distributed engineering teams.

Technical Expertise

• •Java 17+, Spring Boot, Microservices
• •Angular and/or React
• •REST APIs and Event-Driven Architecture
• •Kafka, Solace, Redis, Hazelcast
• •Oracle, MongoDB, Snowflake
• •Databricks, Spark, Data Engineering concepts
• •Azure and/or AWS Cloud Platforms
• •Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift
• •Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps CI/CD

AI & Modern Engineering

• •AI-assisted software development tools (GitHub Copilot, AI coding platforms)
• •Experience building AI-enabled applications using: LLMsRAG ArchitecturesAI AgentsVector DatabasesPrompt Engineering
• •Data-driven application development using Snowflake and Databricks.

Preferred Qualifications

• •Banking / Financial Services experience.
• •Experience with Data Lake, Lakehouse, and Analytics platforms.
• •Knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, Zero Trust, and API Security standards.
• •Experience with observability platforms such as Grafana, Dynatrace, Splunk, Prometheus, or OpenTelemetry.
