Full Time Assisted Living Care Partner (2PM-10PM)

Ultimate responsibility: Deliver personalized resident care for all our community members, which requires intimately knowing every resident and their unique needs.

Other primary responsibilities include:

• •Assist residents with personal care services, such as bathing, dressing, using the bathroom and grooming
• •Assist residents with mobility issues, including escort and transfer
• •Assist residents with housekeeping, such making the bed and cleaning the kitchen and bathroom
• •Consistently utilize eHR (electronic medical records) and other systems to ensure resident care is accurately tracked and delivered consistent with each resident’s care plan
• •Observe residents for safety and report any change of condition or other pertinent information to Resident Services Director

Requirements

Qualifications:

• •At least 18 years of age
• •High school diploma or GED, preferred
• •Experience interacting with and deeply relating to seniors
• •Meets all applicable licensing and background requirements
• •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• •Availability to work full time 2PM - 10 PM; Saturday and Sunday are likely but days TBD.
