Key Responsibilities:

Childcare & Newborn Care

Provide attentive, nurturing care for the family's three daughters (ages 5, 4, and 2) and their newborn daughter upon arrival, including feeding support, sleep routines, nursery organization, and developmental activities

Establish and maintain age-appropriate routines, activities, and enrichment

Children's laundry, meal/bottle prep, and tidying of children's spaces

Comfortable in a home with a small dog and cat

Family Assistant

Errands, household shopping, and returns

Family calendar and appointment coordination

Household Management

Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the home

Vendor scheduling and coordination

The Ideal Candidate:

Minimum of 3 years of professional childcare / household experience (agency requirement)

Open to a live-in arrangement (or local to Western Kentucky)
