Full Time Live In Nanny/Household Manager – Sudbury, MA

A father in Sudbury, MA, 01776 is seeking a compassionate, proactive live-in nanny and household manager to support his family and serve as a stabilizing, nurturing presence for his two children (ages 8 and 12). The ideal caregiver will provide structured care and guidance for the children while running the day-to-day management of the household.

Schedule:

Work Days: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM (40 hours/week)

Off Days: Saturday and Sunday (Days off are flexible)

Full-time, live-in

Note: Potential for additional paid weekend hours if interested

Family Specifications:

Smoke free home

1 Golden Retriever

Responsibilities:

Childcare & Guidance: Provide attentive daily care, establish gentle discipline and routine, and act as a positive role model and supportive figure for the children.

Meal Preparation: Cook breakfast, prepare school lunches, and cook and clean up after dinner daily.

Household Management: Handle dishwashing, family laundry, and general household organization.

Home Coordination: Manage home maintenance needs as they arise (e.g., contacting service technicians for repairs like HVAC).

Pet Care: Let the family's Golden Retriever outside as needed

Requirements:

Prior experience in nanny care, household management, or child development

Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation

Preferred:

First Aid/CPR certifications

Background or experience in mental health preferred

Compensation:

$30.00 – $35.00/hour

Private bedroom provided
