The Role

We are looking for an experienced full-time LSAT Tutor to provide one-on-one LSAT preparation to students. You will teach all sections of the LSAT, develop individualized study plans, and track student progress throughout their preparation.

This is a full-time, remote role that can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada. The 40-hour workweek includes 5–10 hours of preparation time, with tutoring scheduled around student availability, including weekday afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

Tutor students one-on-one across all sections of the LSAT

Develop and adapt LSAT study plans based on each student's needs and performance

Track and analyze student progress

Create and maintain project trackers to monitor LSAT preparation progress

Keep students' families up to date on academic progress and milestones

Participate in additional opportunities as they arise, such as leading webinars or training other tutors

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher

Previously taken the Law School Admission Test (LSAT); official score report required

LSAT score in the 99th percentile

2+ years of LSAT tutoring or LSAT test-preparation experience

Able to provide LSAT test preparation across all sections of the exam

Available to tutor during weekday afternoons, evenings, and weekends

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple students and priorities

Comfortable teaching and coaching in a fully remote environment
