- Essential Skills & Experience
- Backend Development
- 8+ years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Proven experience designing and developing Microservices-based applications.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, integration patterns, and distributed systems.
- Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging platforms such as Kafka.
- Front-End Development
- Strong experience in ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with React Hooks, Redux, Context API, and reusable component-based architectures.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and front-end performance optimization.
- Cloud & DevOps
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or similar tools.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or equivalent technologies.
- Strong understanding of DevSecOps and engineering best practices.
- Databases
- Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
- Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, or DynamoDB.
