Game Day Technical Operator

Attain Sports owns and manages four baseball teams: the Baltimore Orioles Double-A affiliate Chesapeake Baysox , the Baltimore Orioles High-A affiliate Frederick Keys , the MLB Draft League Aberdeen IronBirds , and the Atlantic League Professional Baseball Club Spire City Ghost Hounds . Additionally, Attain Sports is an owner of the United Soccer League (USL) Championship Club Loudoun United FC .

Job Responsibilities

Candidate would be responsible for operating various Daktronics equipment and software may include but not limited to:

Minimum 1-2 years experience using Daktronics DakStats software

Pitch Clock

Scoreboard

Candidate’s availability would encompass but not limited to:

Minimum 25 games of the IronBirds' 2026 season

Outside stadium events

Candidate is able to maintain a positive, focused workflow in a high-pace, energetic environment. Knowledge of baseball rules is a must.
