General Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical General Accountant to join our Finance. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the overall accounting operations of the organization.

What You’ll Do

• •General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts; ensure accuracy of all entries
• •Financial Transactions: Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other financial transactions
• •Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• •Financial Reporting: Prepare and compile financial reports and statements for management review
• •Invoice Processing: Generate, verify, and distribute invoices and supporting documentation
• •Expense Management: Track, categorize, and reconcile business expenses
• •Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all accounting records comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
• •Month-End/Year-End Close: Assist with closing procedures and reconciliations
• •Audit Support: Prepare documentation and support internal and external audit activities
• •Stakeholder Communication: Respond to accounting inquiries from internal departments and external partners

What We're Looking For

• •Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 5 -8 years of accounting experience
• •Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• •Strong knowledge of GAAP principles
• •Excellent organizational and time management skills, and attention to detail with accuracy
• •Professional communication and interpersonal skills
