Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• •Perform general ledger accounting activities in accordance with accounting standards, policies, and internal controls.
• •Prepare, review, and post journal entries to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• •Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies, unusual balances, and aged items.
• •Monitor and record accruals in the appropriate accounting period.
• •Review supporting information and validate accounting treatments and estimates.
• •Manage prepayments and amortization activities.
• •Execute period-end close activities and meet reporting deadlines.
• •Coordinate with internal and external service providers.
• •Identify risks, issues, and process improvement opportunities.

Additional Responsibilities

• •Support transition, integration, and standardization of accounting processes.
• •Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
• •Support audit activities.
• •Participate in automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• •Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• •Prepare non-routine accounting entries and analyses as required.

Education and Experience

• •Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• •Minimum 3 years of experience in General Accounting or Financial Reporting.
• •Strong understanding of accounting principles and reporting requirements.
• •Experience in a large or multinational organization preferred.
• •Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial applications.
